Knowledge Base Answers Customer Questions

As easy as the uScope is to use, sometimes expert opinions and technical details are required. That's where the Microscopes International support knowledge base comes in.

When things go wrong, many laboratory products require a visit from a support technician or sales engineer. Microscopes International products are designed to be easy to use and easy to support. The support knowledge base is an extension of that philosophy that allows our customer to get the help they need when they really need it. "We understand that most of our customers are smart and sophisticated enough to solve problems on their own," said Jon Ward, CEO. "They sometimes need a little help or a point in the right direction—and that's the purpose of the knowledge base."

According to Richard Rainbolt, CTO of Microscopes International, "Answers to end-user questions are added to the knowledge base as we receive them. When customers have a question we have already addressed, they can find the answer day or night on our web site. When they ask a new question, we make the answer available to our entire customer base. This is one of the ways we help microscopists get the best results from our digital microscopes. The web-based knowledge base allows us to support our customers whenever and wherever they need technical assistance."

Knowledge base articles are indexed and searchable as soon as they are created. The knowledge base search page allows you to enter keywords or search phrases to find the article or articles that best address your needs. We use the Google Custom Search engine to ensure accurate search indexing and quality results. Searching the knowledge base returns results from the knowledge and video databases.
