I have noticed that the uScopeMX and uScopeHX scan in a bidirectional pattern (up and down). However, the uScopeDX only scans unidirectionally (down). Why doesn't the uScopeDX scan bidirectionally?

The uScopeDX uses a different motor and controller for the X and Y platforms that makes it more stable when scanning in a single direction.

For this reason, the uScopeDX scans unidirectionally.
