Answer

1. Insert a slide into the slide tray of the uScopeHXII.
2. From the uScope control panel, click the Load Slide button to load the slide into the scanner. The uScope captures and displays an overview image.
3. Select a region to scan from the overview image.
4. Select the focus method and filter setting.
5. Click the Start Scan button. The uScope opens a window where you can set the initial focus and illuminator settings.
6. Select the initial focus and adjust the illuminator.
7. Click the Scan button to start the scan.
