How can I determine what firmware version my uScope is running?

Answer

When your uScope is connected to your computer and powered on, the firmware version displays in uScope Navigator on the Device Settings — Device Info tab.

There are two (2) different processors in the uScope with firmware:

• The Platform Controller which controls the motion platform. Refer to Platform Controller Firmware Versions for more information.
• The Camera Controller which controls the cameras. Refer to Camera Controller Firmware Versions for more information.

The firmware loaded into the uScope can be upgraded. However, you should only upgrade firmware under the direction of Microscopes International support staff.
