Summary

There are a number of places in the uScope Navigator application that allow you to change the step size or range used when focusing the objective on the uScopeMXII.

Each step is approximately 0.1984 microns.

Details

The following calculator converts focus steps into the equivalent number of microns (1/1000 mm).

uScopeGX models with serial numbers starting with G2E use a different step size calculation. Refer to uScopeGX Step Size Calculator (for G2E Serial Numbers) for more information.
