Creating a deep zoom image causes an exception (a program crash) in the uScope Navigator application. The uScope Navigator application is closed immediately.
This problem is caused when the Deep Zoom settings default to using any filter.
This problem is corrected in uScope Navigator v4.3 RC42. It is present in v4.3 RC41 and earlier. You may download the latest updates from the Microscopes International web site.
If you do not have access to uScope Navigator v4.3 RC42 or later, remove the filter selection from the Program Settings — Deep Zoom Options tab and select the filter manually when creating a deep zoom image.
