When using Helicon Focus v7, EDF images created from multi-layer (Z-Stacking) scans are cropped from their original field size. Cropped field images may cause problems when stitched into the large whole scan image.
Output image cropping is caused by a new setting in the Helicon Focus v7 application. This setting was not available in Helicon Focus v6.
As of Helicon Focus v7.5.7, this setting is not available from the command line and it must be set within the Helicon Focus GUI.
You must change one of the Helicon focus v7 settings in the Preferences dialog to disable output image cropping.
When a command-line parameter is available to disable output cropping, we will add support for it into uScope Navigator.
