Symptom
Several issues relating to Multi-Layer (Image Stacking or Z-Stack) scans have been discovered in uScope Navigator v4.6.
- Multi-Layer Scans with multiple regions fail to generate Whole Scan Images correctly.
- Multi-Layer Scans perform an automatoc focus (but, they should not do so) when device settings were so configured.
- On occasion, when completing a multi-layer scan, uScope Navigator reports that the Whole Scan Image already exists.
Cause
These problems are caused by bugs in the uScope Navigator v4.6 application.
Resolution
Each of these problems is corrected in uScope Navigator v4.7.
