Question
Where are the flat-field correction images stored?
Answer
Each uScope has its own unique settings that are stored in a folder named Dev-000xxxxxxxx (yyyyyy) where xxxxxxxx is the Device ID and yyyyyy is the Serial Number of the uScope. These folders are stored in the following location:
C:\ProgramData\Microscopes International\uScopeNavigator4
Separate flat-field correction images are saved for each mode of each camera. Each camera has its own folder where flat-field images are saved.
- C:\ProgramData\Microscopes International\uScopeNavigator4\Dev-000xxxxxxxx (yyyyyy)\Overview
This folder contains the flat-field image for the overview camera. The overview camera only operates in HD mode so there should only be one image in this folder. - C:\ProgramData\Microscopes International\uScopeNavigator4\Dev-000xxxxxxxx (yyyyyy)\Objective1
This folder contains the SD and HD flat-field images for the objective (on uScopeMXII and uScopeHXII devices) or the first objective (on uScopeDX and uScopeGX devices). - C:\ProgramData\Microscopes International\uScopeNavigator4\Dev-000xxxxxxxx (yyyyyy)\Objective2
This folder contains the SD and HD flat-field images for the second objective on uScopeDX and uScopeGX devices.
