uScope Navigator v4.3 and earlier does not limit or restrict user access to the uScope Whole Slide Scanner or to the scanned images captured from the scanner. The result is that anyone with access to the computer on which uScope Navigator is installed has access to all scanners and scanned images.
This effect is by design. However, adding a login window for various users would restrict access to those with a valid username and password.
Starting in uScope Navigator v4.5, you may enforce a user login before the uScope Navigator Application allows access to the uScope Whole Slide scanner or scanned images.
