A software exception occurs in uScope Navigator when connecting a uScope or powering-up a uScope. The uScope does not appear in the side bar.
An exception of this type is usually caused by a corrupt calibration file saved in the uScope internal memory. If the calibration file is corrupted, uScope Navigator is unable to control the uScope.
The calibration file must be correctly written to the uScope internal memory. Please contact our support department for assistance with this issue.
Note
This problem is corrected in uScope Navigator v4.5.
