Is the uScope Navigator software scanned for viruses and malware before it is released?

Answer

Yes. We license and use several virus scanners to scan source code and application programs we create and distribute for viruses and malware. Among the scanners we use are:

• Symantec Endpoint Protection
• BitDefender
• Sophos

All of our internal PCs are protected from email, web, and internet-based threats by a layered security approach that includes multiple scanners, firewalls, and appliances.
