Job Manager in uScope Navigator v4.3 and earlier displayed field sets and whole scan images at the same level as the root job (scan) folder.

The Job Manager in uScope Navigator v4.5 has been updated to show jobs and images in a hierarchical representation.

Details

uScope Navigator v4.5 now displays job (scan) folders at the top level of a hierarchy. The job folders can be expanded (or collapsed) to show or hide the sub-folders and files that are part of the job.

The job folder is shown at the root of each scan. The following are listed underneath each job (if they exist):

• Field Set
  These are the individual fields captured while scanning the ROI.
• Deep Zoom Image
  This is the Deep Zoom Image Pyramid generated from the stitched field set.
• SVS Image
  This is an SVS or Tiled TIFF image generated from the stitched field set.
• EasyZoom Image
  This is an EasyZoom (SZI) image generated from the stitched field set.
• Exported Images Folder
  This is a folder containing exported region images from the Deep Zoom image.
• Exported Images
  These are the images exported from the Deep Zoom image.
