Is it possible to scan the exact same region of interest multiple times? I want to scan with different focus, filter, and illumination settings and compare the results of the exact same area. How can I do this?
Yes. This is possible and quite easy to do. This feature is included in uScope Navigator v4.0 and later.
The selected region (or regions) of interest are retained (they are not removed or deleted) after scanning.
To scan the same region you must enter a new job name; make changes to the focus, filter, or illuminator settings; and click the Scan button.
You may save the ROI selections and restore them later (even on a different slide).
