Summary

uScope Navigator v4.5 introduces multi-angle scanning for the uScopeGX. This feature allows you to scan a region of interest at multiple angles and combine them into multiple whole slide images (each at a different analyzer angle).

The Deep Zoom image viewer in uScope Navigator v4.5 has been updated to provide an analyzer control which selects the different angles of the scanned image.

Details

The analyzer control simulates the effect of adjusting the analyzer angle on a traditional microscope.

  • Click on BF button to select the brightfield image with no polarization.
  • Click on the analyzer angle (0°-90° button) to display the corresponding scan.

The following deep zoom images provide examples of the deep zoom viewer with the analyzer angle control.

Note
Differences in the focus of the various angles of the scanned images may cause image stitching to combine adjacent fields in slightly different locations.
