When I scan multiple regions with the uScope Navigator Application, each region and Deep Zoom image are stored in a separate job folder. Is there a way to combine the regions so that they are stored in the same job folder?

Answer

In uScope Navigator v4.3 and earlier, each region is stored in a separate folder as you have observed.

In uScope Navigator v4.5 and later, multi-region scans are stored in a single folder. In addition, the Deep Zoom image viewer allows you to view all regions in the same viewer instance.
