The Deep Zoom Image Viewer sometimes freezes or locks-up.
This is a problem with the third-party browser plug-in used in uScope Navigator v4.5. Each new Windows 10 update changes the operating system and, in this case, one of the updates caused an instability issue with the web browser.
Unfortunately, there is no known work-around for this issue. The problem is corrected in uScope Navigator v4.6.
